New Found Glory EP Details

Free agents New Found Glory are set to record an EP next week for limited edition release on Bridge 9 Records.

Said singer Jordan Pundik in an interview with AbsolutePunk.net: "we’re going to record it this next week [...] The CD is going to have three original songs on it, kind of faster, punkier. Like the intro song on Catalyst — that kind of style. Then we’re going to have three cover songs of hardcore, like old 7" songs. Like Shelter, Gorilla Biscuits and probably one other song."

Ok assholes, you caught my attention... if it ends up sounding like "Coming Home" I'm going to be pissed off....

As much as Catalyst sucked, the intro track ruled. This might be good, and I never thought I would be saying that about a New Found Glory EP

I agree... but going back to an indie label and coming off of "Coming Home" they may feel like they have something to prove... let's hope.

sounds great. I think they're finally realizing that their old sound was what people like. catalyst, coming home, and FTSTYS Part 2 were all huge disappointments
