Really excited for this new record ngl

Overrated ass band but they got some good shit sometimes
|
| |
Always enjoyed this band, hope this ends up being good

| |
They kinda sound rejuvenated, so i have good expectations

The t/t is great, really love the mellow/dreamy tone. The other song is decent too, albeit has too much of their usual DNA, except that Banks’ voice sounds somewhat harsher, and there’s another vocalist also? Maybe they’ll pull off some magic this time after two letdown albums.

was just on an interpol binge! amazing timing, their stuff post bright lights is really under appreciated. pumped for this, sounds a bit different for them. a welcome shake up.
|

"How boring you want these songs to be?"
"Yes"
|
| |
enjoyed these both and appreciate the minor attempt at something fresh in their sound
|
| |
Glad they’re switching things up

Anyone check out Tycho’s song “Boundary Rider” with Paul Banks last year? Barely discovered it a month ago and it’s awesome. He sounds great in the song and I’m hoping for more of that on this new record.

"and there’s another vocalist also?"
I think it's Daniel Kessler singing leads too

Yeah, the title track is incredible. Great vibe, great production, fresh take. "See Out Loud" is conventional Interpol but they sound energized, which is good, and this feeling was severely lacking in the last album. Interested to see what will come out; probably will be the best after El Pintor.

Solid tracks, their last couple albums didn’t hook me but they’re always worth a check. Pumped to see them this fall
|

Man, that second track is fantastic. Real change up in sound
