They don't make them like Ginger anymore. RIP.

He was clearly one of the greats. Clapton is the only Cream member left now.
|
| |
Dude was a bloody legend. Helped change the drumming game in rock. RIP man.
|

R.I.P. Legends Never Die!

RIP, loved him in Cream and Masters of Reality!

You ever have those artists that you just internally believe are immortal and a constant being that simply lives because it must?
That's how I felt about Ginger Baker and idk how to feel right now.
|
| |
Yup, know the feeling. That was Lemmy for me. Imagine Lemmy and Ginger on a band playing rock 'n' roll? Total chaos.
|
| |
My favorite Jazz drummer....he was MUCH more than a rock drummer.
|
| |
@manosg Funny enough Ginger Baker played for Hawkwind on one of their albums, which was Lemmy's ex-band before forming Motorhead. About the closest those two ever got.
|
| |
80 is a pretty good score for a guy who smoked a million cigarettes a day

RIP, I remember reading rock magazines urging youngsters to listen to Disraeli Gears.
