first house of stone is amazing, albeit a tad overlong. eat your young sounds pretty sweet, i think this could come out being a better record.

I thought the first LP was supposed to come out in Feb, but it's good there's finally a set date. Kinda prefer the live version of Eat Your Young, but this one's great as well.

As long as he has 'Black Sister' on this LP, that was my favorite song off of the new album. Actually it's the best song he's done. IMO
Edit: nope dammit, this is an entirely new record from the looks of it.

I'm guessing Eat Your Young is similar to House of Stone because it was written and recorded at around the same time(some version of it anyway). It's featured in the Children of the Black Mountain video/movie Sorne made a while back.

at first he was gonna release it as a normal LP, then as a series of EPs this year (after releasing it to the kickstarters), and now he's just gonna release an entirely new LP so fuck knows

My understanding of it is that he plans to release a series of 5 LPs over a couple years. I believe each one's supposed to be about/told from the perspective of one of the five children in his story.
