Great album! My only complaint is that it slows down after Satellite and doesn't pick up again until album highlight In Two.

It's cool after a first listen. It's definitely influenced by HTDA and Pretty Hate Machine and it doesn't feel like a continuation to The Downward Spiral. Cool new direction even though it lacks some aggro guitars.

The album is okay. It's about on par with The Slip, and doesn't reach the quality of Welcome Oblivion or Year Zero. There are some definite highlights, though, such as All Time Low.

All Time Low is easily one of the best songs on here, but I could see why a person like you would think it was weak. Why dont you go headbang to a Green day or linkin park song

i'm hearing a lot of "this is the best thing since The Fragile" sentiment, and while I have no problem putting it ahead of With Teeth, Ghosts and The Slip, let's not forget about a little underrated masterpiece called Year Zero, which is a stone cold 4.5.

I definitely prefer Year Zero to this, but it's a new electro-industrial direction for this guy. Cool album.

fine, though I would include it in the larger scope of Trent Reznor's music, which is what I

Yeah, All Time Low sounds dead out of place from the rest of the album. Might be a grower though.

Also, Various Methods of Escape is a tune!

I think the album dips just a little bit in the middle. The beginning and end are definitely the stronger parts of the album. Really impressed by it though.

I replaced the old album artwork with the one found on the Deluxe CD version. But there are so many good variations on the album cover for different versions, not sure which one is best to use!

So far my favs are All Time Low And In Two. I bloody love this album. Although I'm a biased NIN fanboy

3.5 at best for me! I loved With Teeth. This album is totally different, which is cool, but it's up and down too much throughout the album.

I was a sucker for what the album was looking to become after the release of "Copy of A" and "Came Back Haunted." I thought we were going to get some industrial dance, techno mind fack, but ehh. This may be an album I need to blast in my car rather than listen to with headphones. Will try again tomorrow!

It's a great comeback album, I fell like Trent saved his best material for this one, great tunes, and a lot of vibes from PHM, The Fragile and Year Zero.

I think this is NIN best album since The Fragile, I feel like there is a really strong Fragile vibe on it which is great

"Disappointed" is the only disappointment on the album IMO. Everything else rocks hard.
