Deep Purple New Song

2013-03-14 by manosg EMERITUS | 43 Comments
Legendary British rockers Deep Purple released a new song named “All the Time in the World” from their impending album “Now What?!” which is scheduled to be released on April 29 in the USA.

The song has an optimistic approach and relies on Don Airey’s keyboards while Ian Gillan sounds as fresh as he did on the band’s previous effort “Rapture of the Deep”.

This is indeed crap. It's the kind of stuff granddads who liked the original Purple albums might like. Not that they were bad.

Some of the songs had a similar sound to this yeah (not quite as bad though) but it also had some more interesting tracks. It was still only a 3 for me though.

"Come Taste the Band" had only Lord and Paice and it turned out fine. Their last 2 albums were decent,
so let's wait.

I prefer their good old period with hits like "Smoke on the water" (shown on AURFEE for instance) and the other ones of the outstanding album "Machine head". But it's nice to see that they are still alive ...
