Barker Breaks Arm Again 2007-01-23 by Jom | 11 Comments | +44 drummer Travis Barker has fractured his arm once again, this time playing in Europe. The injury was severe enough for Barker to return to the United States to seek treatment.
The band plans to continue touring in support of debut album When Your Heart Stops Beating; however, a replacement drummer has not been named at press time.
Barker's first injury was back in October 2006 during a video shoot, where he suffered fractured bones in his arm while playing his kit. Doctors have told him during his examinations that his vegetarian lifestyle is to blame for his bones being so easily brittle.
As previously reported by one Spat Out Plath (http://www.sputnikmusic.com/news.php?newsid=1576), Barker didn't help his cause by ignoring doctor's orders and continuing to play while his bones were fractured.
