I really dug the new track. I'm glad they produced with Townsend again, the production of Mirrors blew REALLY hard.

Not too bad, but nothing really that special either. Hopefully they do a little on this record to vary up those samey vocals.

His vocal seems to have improved, I'm pretty impress, needs more melody though like their previous album, but maybe it was just this song....

I trust Townsend.

The vocals sound like it's trying to mimic the first album ALOT. Not a bad thing, a good improvement but where did the band go?

I don't know about you guys, but this sounds pretty much like Misery Signals to me. Up tempo maybe.

I will never trust Devin Townshend. Most things he touches turn to poop in my book.

With that said I can tell this is Misery Signals at points, but it's tough for the first minute.

I'm really disliking the vocals. It sounds like the guy tried to add body to his vocal performance just by making his screams more guttural and gruff, which is strained.

I think Karl pales in comparison to Jesse, plain and simple. However, this does sound a bit more promising than Mirrors.

i really really enjoyed mirrors, i thought everything was excellent although some of the singing i could have done without. solid track, im not really sure what to expect from the new cd but the drumming was very solid, i also enjoyed the vocals. i hope they still bring the raw power that they had in mirrors back instead making it more just hardcore as this new track shows.

I also liked mirrors, I hated it at first but I just kept listening to it and it grew on me, I feel this record will be the same wayThis Message Edited On 04.28.08

I don't really think that this is "more hardcore" this literally sounds almost exactly like Malice era Misery Signals, which IMO was a better overall cd then Mirrors. The vocals are much improved.

This reminds me of Of Magnum and Malice. These guys have always been enjoyable for the most part.
