The_wizard, just research Bard Faust of Emperor and you'll understand what happened. Faust is obviously a lunatic for killing his assailant, but he was being advanced on against his will.

And I don't know, Halford doing black metal? Also Halford is getting old, yes. I wonder how he'd pull off a rasp. Though his cooperation with Ihsahn of all people is interesting to say the least, and reveals a whole new side to the man. I guess Halford never stops to surprise people.

I read a book called Lords of Chaos and it described how he murdered the gay guy. It even had an interview with him in the book as well. But I'm just nit-picking about stupid facts. The truth is, its his word vs. the dead guys and we will only ever know one side of the story. Sorry for wasting your time.
