yeah... I used to really love these guys but as I've gotten older and deeper in "real hardcore" they sound very mediocre at best

Wow what a letdown.. I really enjoyed True View (intro + The sun the moon... , doomed by you, cave canem were pretty good songs) so I was eagerly waiting for some new material but this one was a hard pass sadly.
