Pretty damn great.

Coheed and Cambria wish they could write the end of Firebreather. This sounds exactly how I expected it to sound and I'm not disappointed about that at all. This Message Edited On 09.17.07

it's not even that good.
what's up with this site and its love for thrice?
|
| |
The bass part in the verses of Firebreather sounds a lot like Radiohead's Myxomatosis, but it's a good song.
Still looking forward to this.
|
| |
Ya, this is pretty great.

"Staying Alive" by Cursive
"True and False Guilt" by In Pieces
Those two songs sound exactly like the end of "Firebreather."

I don't know why but Firebreather just doesn't click with me yet. Digital Sea however is an excellent song in my book.
|
| |
I don't have either of those. =/

not bad...its gonna be a pretty nice album.
|
| |
This sounds fucking great.
|
| |
Digital sea is beautiful
|
| |
Wow.
|
| |
I can't wait for Water. It reminded me a lot of the song Atlantic, but that's ok because it was my favorite song off the previous album.
Nothing stood out for fire.... yet...
|
| |
Both are nice.
|
| |
Not digging Firebreather.
Digital Sea is cool, though.
|
| |
nice.

October 16th and December 2nd will not be here soon enough. This is amazing!
|
| |
ahhhhh both tracks are so good! The ending of Firebreather is so powerful
|
| |
"Firebreather" sucks, "Digital Sea" is okay.
|
| |
Digital Sea was pretty good but Firebreather was kinda meh. I liked the ending though.
|
| |
I don't know, I didn't totally like either of them.
|
| |
Hmmm, can't say I was impressed by either. Dammit
|
| |
wow...holy..
|
| |
Really liking Firebreather. Much better than the live version on youtube with the siren.
|
| |
Firebreather: yawn. I still feel the same way about the song as when I saw it live in Charlotte. nothing special...or all that good
Digital Sea: sounding great
|
| |
Good songs. Thrice's Post Hardcore material basically sounds like a rip off of In Pieces, although I love both bands. Glad they are continuing in the Vheissu direction.
|
| |
I'm really digging the direction Thrice have taken.

Pretty damn good. I bet there will be much better ones otherwise though.
|

These just got me excited for the new albums.

Firebreather > Digital Sea
|

Both songs were good. Not as great as I was hoping though.
|
| |
Both songs were great. But i don't no...i kinda expect this to be more amazing then it can be.
|
| |
Quality stuff, old chap. Quality stuff.
Can't wait.
|

(quote)Glad they are continuing in the Vheissu direction.(/quote)
As am I. I'm freaking pumped for this album. Comes out just two days before my birthday. Early gift from me to me!
|
| |
Firebreather is crapppy and the end is a Cursive rip off. Forget what the song is called.
Digital Sea is like Radiohead with sub par songwriting and the trade off of Thom Yorke's unrivalved genius for Dustin's cliched lyrics and competant vocal ability.
Thrice proving yet again they are the kings of making good but not great music.
|
| |
Already a lot of comments. So many people love to beat off over Thrice.
|

Great songs, I've been waiting all year for, this I'm buying it the day it comes out, and BTW these songs are on there myspace now too.
|
| |
This is good, real good,
|
| |
the ones on their myspace are only 96kbs tho
|
| |
Both tracks are sounding absolutely beautiful to me. I can't wait for this.
I think I enjoyed Firebreather more though, but Digital Sea was not without it's share of greatness. Also good to see they are yet again dabbling in different musical territory too; it will be interesting to see how this turns out.

ahhh. im so psyched for oct. 16 now.
