Remember when everyone laughed at Hunter Hunt-Hendrix' manifesto thingy? There's a paragraph on metal and hardcore's fetishistic obsession with reaching some kind of unreachable aestethical extreme. I'm slowly but steadily growing tired of these bands trying to create the next biggest most filthy wall of sound. Feels like empty music to me.

@frogboy69 not sure how one would consider this to be a band or the two bands trying to create “the next biggest most filthy wall of sound.” like... full of hell has done way noisier and so have hundreds of others. don’t really see this as a “wall of sound” song in the slightest

if anything it’s expanding the scope of possible collaborations for others
