New Fiona Apple Album 2020-03-18 by Ghost in tha Pen. | 12 Comments | In a newly released interview with The New Yorker, Fiona Apple revealed that she will be debuting her first new album since 2012's acclaimed The Idler Wheel sometime before the end of 2020. The album title, "Fetch the Bolt Cutters", was derived from a scene in the Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson starring Netflix thriller The Fall.
While no release date has been issued, Apple named three working song titles set to appear on the record: "Rack of His," "Heavy Balloon" and "For Her," the latter of which being inspired by the series of events leading up to the confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
