Mestis release El Mestizo 2018-08-10 by RoderickINM | 3 Comments | Mestis, the progressive metal project leaded by guitarist Javier Reyes (Animals as Leaders, T.R.A.M.) have released a brand new song entitled "El Mestizo." This is the first song streamed from their upcoming new album, Eikasia, which will be released on September 7, 2018 via Sumerian Records.

Honestly, this sounds kind of messy. I've never been one to harp on production, but it sounds like the two guitars are competing for attention in this song rather than complimenting each other.
