Julie Christmas is on the whole album, actually. Song rules got me very pumped for this.

Yeah this was brilliant.

The first 3 minutes were beautiful then the riffs after didn't disappoint at all.

Agreed Pleb. And her vocals go so well with the atmosphere in the background I'm impressed.

Pretty, but if these kinds of vocals are all Julie does on the album I'm gonna be super disappointed.

Hesperus they said that this song isn't indicative of her overall role on the album so I'm assuming that means she'll have more lead parts as well

I don't know why but I'm having flashes of Twin Peaks going through my mind as I listen to this. The fuck is this? I love it.

Pretty much pure CoL with a little bit of femal backing voals.
But hey, it's CoL so it's amazing anyway

The intro reminds me sooo much of the Dexter blood theme song. Excellent song overall, can't wait for the album.

this single is massive. Nice to see that Cult of Luna are still relevant after all these years and will always challenge their sound offering something fresh with each album.

Love CoL and Julie Xmas so really stoked that they've teamed up. Nice mellow track but am I the only one who got a "Youth of the Nation" by POD vibe off Julie's chorus? I tried not to but I couldn't unhear it and it made me cringe a little bit and now it's all ruined lol

I haven't heard that much of her, but I wasn't a fan of her vox in Battle Of Mice. It really benefited my enjoyment to have her in the background for this track and it all sounded fantastic. Maybe this album will help me warm up to her who knows?

Wow, blown away by this song. Never heard much of CoL outside of Vertikal, but I always felt... intrigued by their work. Maybe this song helps me to truly get into their music. Btw, what are those constant sounds that start quietly around 6:00 and keep building up?
