Leprous release video

2015-04-07 by OmairSh | 16 Comments
Leprous have released the video for 'The Price' off their upcoming album The Congregation. This is the band's third video and is again directed by Twitchy Films. The band commented on choosing the song as the single by saying, "'The Price' was the obvious choice for us to make a video of. It's straight to the point, technical, focused, catchy and shows a new side of Leprous."

The Congregation will be released in Europe on the 25th of May, and in the US on the 2nd of June via InsideOutMusic.

Haha Spag. The verse guitar playing is so similar to Passing's. Very gorgeous. I think this single will eventually get roughly the same views as the previous two, not really going to dent the metal world. It might even decrease people's anticipation of the album.

The video is below par.

The first minute or so is pretty boring, but then it really picks up. One thing's for sure, it is a HELL of a lot better than the new BTBAM.

Being better than BTBAM is basically like breathing where you actually have to try not to in order to not do it.

@Madbutcher3 You're being rough.

I feel this will grow in me. I didn't like Bilateral at first, but I love it now. I did like this one though, so I imagine I'm going to adore it in the near future. First song off the album I'm listening to. Liked the synth sound.

ruff stuff
But nah BTBAM to me is pretty middle of the road as modern metal goes, there's better and worse.

Song is weird and they've done much better stuff previously. Could be worse.

I guess Leprous has always chosen the more conservative songs as the singles, but half of Coal was mellow while the other half was aggressive. I'm guessing this album could be similar. Hopefully they have some crazy intense sections as is their trademark.

I can't tell if this is awesome or what.
Never heard anything else by them, but I am interested.

Song was oddly decent considering how tamed it felt at first. Iunno might grow on me more in time. Just glad there's a new Leprous album coming.

Girl in the video seems hot until you realize she's flat-chested. I'm a tits guy if you couldn't tell.

Eh.... This reminds me of Restless. Not great or terrible in any specific way, just kind of forgettable.. The new single is way better.
