Travels is only a slight step below Witness, More Than Life is decent but they have absolutely nothing on MLIW or Defeater and Killing the Dream isn't even better than dog shit

Agreed, More Than Life clearly listen to MLIW on repeat. In fact I'm sure they randomly post MLIW videos on their facebook page. MLIW paved the way for these bands, and whilst this album doesn't carve out new territory like Witness did, it absolutely ups the standard given how bland Letters Home is, as well as the swell of mediocre melodic hardcore bands that have sprung up since MLMW and Witness.
