Song is great, but it's a carbon copy of "In Yumen/Xibalba".

Really good song.
"but it's a carbon copy of "In Yumen/Xibalba"."
Rotting Christ has always been like that. Certain songs are very alike while others are completely different.

@FrozenVain

I agree and that's part of the band's attraction in the first place, but those two new tracks are too alike for their own good.

@Voivod

Hm...yeah, I guess. Many of Rotting Christs other tracks tend to deviate into something else like one minute into them, but it seems like these two new songs don't so I have to agree with you. Hopefully the rest of the songs will be more different.

Song is great, but it's a carbon copy of "In Yumen/Xibalba" (2) with more tsabounes!!

with more tsabounes

Οι τσαμπούνες ακούγονται γαμάτες εδώ. Επιτέλους ένας Έλληνας metal μουσικός που εκμεταλλεύεται την Ελληνική μουσική παράδοση.

For the record, tsabouna is the Greek version for bagpipe and it is an important part of the Greek folk music.

Band sucks, no surprise this was a weak song

I humbly beg to differ on both assessments, you should listen to albums such as Non Serviam or Triarchy Of The Lost Lovers, Rotting Christ have no match in what they are doing.

I was afraid of this. They're getting too comfortable with their sound. It was damn amazing on Theogonia, and still damn good on Aealo, but it's wearing thin. It's still good but another whole album of songs like that, I don know...
