There's nothing straight about that video.
Song's ok.

Oh Daniel Johns. Silverchair became (a long time ago) a way for him to come out of the closet but not really. A pity thats what happened to a band with a lot of potential.
However this song is okay. I just cant stand Daniel Johns anymore.

This new song's quite similar to Daniel's Dissociatives side project. I could see some people being turned off by the lighter approach, but this song's pretty good.
Really no need to listen to it twice, because it's all I'm going to be hearing on the radio for the next three months. Looking forward to the album, though.

Ugh. You're so right.

not a bad track, weird chord changes, probably an acquired taste

Silverchair are probably one of most underrated bands around today. They were awesome with their first release and from that to diorama were alot of changes but without losing their "awesomeness". Hopefully the new album "Young Modern" will continue this.
This single didn't sound much to me when i first heard but after a few listens it grew on me pretty quick.

That was one of the worst songs Ive ever heard. I love their first 3 albums, but this is commercialism at its worst. Reminded me of why I hate new U2 so much.

much to my own disappointment, i have to agree with the_wizard on this. i unsuspectingly turned on rage last night, only to be confronted with the harsh reality of what silverchair have become :[
