This could work just as much as it could fail miserably. Whatever way it ends up going, I'm just glad
he's at least trying different things, he's been in desperate need of a refresher to his style. And
hey, I mean if he grows the cornrows out, he can get the dreadlocks going on, and he already smokes
more than enough weed than most reggae artists, so yeah, he could easily qualify.

I was curious to see if this got some dubstep comments, and wouldn't you know it, there was!

I don't listen to Snoop much, but maybe he'll pull this new sound off as stranger things have happened.

And breakingthefragile: I know a lot of Marley lovers (not just Bob either) that really enjoy that track.

while we're on the topic of dubstep, is it just me or has dubstep taken over every theatrical trailer?

seriously, dubstep is like in every one currently out

By that i meant his singing, the riddim is pretty bad ass! He even took the patois of reggae singer, something he never did, this is why I'm saying he's an oportunist poser.

@Cheese13 No a Dubstep influenced album would be Ironic since Dub is a stripped down version of reggae and dubstep is just a shitty electronica attempt at Dub

Don't let Skrillex put you off, the reggae/dubstep fusion can work (although this is more just a dub band.)

Hmm, interesting idea... the music itself has an old-school dub/reggae vibe to it, which is pretty cool. His vocals on the other hand...not sure I'm buying them, at least not on this song.
