I don't claim to own him. I like the music they make as a whole. If buying a $15 dollar ticket helps contribute to the band

The thing is that he gets paid to entertain those who are interested in his vocal performance.

So you make 3 points (disregarding the arbitrarily subjective statement of "DGD is awesome"):
1: "People getting mad that he's addicted to drugs is 'lol'", in other words, it is unreasonable for people to get upset that he is addicted to drugs. But why is it? An addiction is a dependency on something that changes your personality because of your requirement for continued use of that item. So we should be okay with that?

Don't get me wrong, a person's free will is at the top of my priority list, but it has to be within reasonable boundaries. If he had never done anything to harm someone else, and just enjoyed abusing drugs on his own: more power to him, I honestly would not give a fuck. But there's the whole mac book issue, the whole getting arrested issue, without talking to his band at all about the trouble. Kurt got removed from the band so that Jonny could re-join, only for Jonny to totally shit all over their musical careers without even giving them an advance warning. But that's okay? His drug addiction led to all that, but criticizing it is "lol"?

2. "Get a life", implying that we should get a life for having an opinion over his drug abuse and sharing our opinions.

Why is a sober person commenting on another person's drug abuse something that requires us to "get a life"? I mean honestly how can you attack our criticism of his lack of self-control? What about this implies that we have no life? We like music, we even like Jonny's music (despite everything). Isn't that ideal from his viewpoint as well? Is liking music enough to criticize when a musician makes a mistake a bad thing? If it is, Jonny would've been out of a job long before he abused hard drugs to the point of getting arrested.

3. "Dude has more talent than you will ever have".

First off, let me just say that you are absolutely right in saying that. But there is something more important than that, It is the fact that what you're saying means absolutely nothing. He's trying to make a career by selling his musical abilities to an audience. But you're suggesting that people with less talent than him are unable to criticize? He has more talent, so therefore our opinion is invalid?? If his target audience was only people who are more talented than him, you might have a point. But since most people who listen to him cannot sing as well as he can, please explain why not being able to sing as well as him should limit our abilities to criticize his singing.

I know this is a bit of a tl;dr situation, but I honestly don't feel like there's any reason to back this guy up at this point. He's just a sad pathetic person whose flaws used to be balanced out by his vocal capability until his flaws just blatantly outweighed his talent.
