Actually Mastodon put on a pretty boring live show. That's coming from a massive fanboy of this band. Still will get this anyway.

They put on a great show as far as the music is concerned but it's not much more exciting than watching a DVD of them...hey, what do you know?

Well yea music wise they are great, but I hope they have a awesome editor because it won't be that entertaining to watch is what I am saying. I have seen then 3 times so I think I know enough.

Just depends on what you are looking for in a live show. It's more than enough for some people to just head bang and hear the music, but some people want the frontman to be leaping into the crown. Mastodon doesn't do a whole lot live but play the music and visuals, but for me at least that is enough which is why I think they are a great show.

They really should have done a Workhorse Chronicles pt. 2 for Blood Mountain and Crack The Skye. This setlist honestly sucks, they should have had one of the early ones on the tour - Mastodon at Manchester Academy, England, for one had an excellent setlist. And of all the Blood Mountain songs, why Circle Cysquatch? Almost anything else from that album is better.
