Emery's new song may be Post-Hardcore's finest ever!

Seriously, the best parts of In Shallow Seas were the clean vocal parts, so hopefully this isn't too br00tal.

Kicks ass. The screamer really stepped it up there.

The only part I really liked about that was the intro.

I'm not sure if I like the direction they're heading, the cleans were what made ...In Shallow Seas so great.

Love the song. The part were Toby comes in is really good. I hope they don't go overboard with the JUNZ on this album.

i liked it but miss the more epic melodic stuff between the two vocalists. i love when they have heavier parts like they did on in shallow seas but they work so well because they're balanced out with the other stuff.

yah that was pretty generic junz at times. the electro sections were pretty stupid too. skeptical about new album.....

I enjoyed this but still... what is soooooo much better about this than other post-hardcore? just don't get the love for this band.

the singing is definitely missing something, it has lost all its power. this will not top the question or in shallow seas.

It's a different direction and good, but the best part of Emery was the dual melodic vocal trade-offs. Hopefully we'll get a single with more clean vocals next.

Wow, this is an incredible step. I was worried emery would revert back to the Only a Man days. Apparently I was wrong. This has been a great year for post-hardcore so far.

Im sick of people hating on im only a man, cd had a bunch of gems.

It took a while for me to like it, but yeah that album is really good.

But the guitar lead still impressive, and the vocals are amazing as always, albeit the cleans took a backseat in this song, but Emery always mixes it up in terms of pacing. I did like the contrast, I'm optimistic.

Maybe the singer left because he realized that this band has hit a creative wall. Breakdowns aren't exactly the way to freshen your sound.

This band is not good to me at all. Never could get into them really even though they brought some junz and the screamer is much better this time around.
