They will never return to Nocturne days. So who care?

I'll probably get it, but always say "This is good, but it's no nocturne."

Well who knows, maybe they will pull a few nocturne inspired songs on this album. I am pretty stoked for this.

To be honest, I am interested in this because they actually have someone who can scream well. Even though they may now be a bridge between generic metalcore and pseudo-progressive metal, there is a chance I might like it as long as there is enough variation in each song, and track-by-track.

We'll see.

The one song they've put out was okay, if generic, and even if that's the best song on the album it'll still be exponentially better than Midheaven. Then again sometimes it's almost better to have an album so bad and full of hilarious drug-induced rants than it is to have one filled with the exact same sweep patterns for 45 minutes.

Damn! I thought it was January 25th as well. I loved Faust, even though it took about 10 listens for me to fully appreciate it. I'm hoping the album will be great, but that's crap how they pushed it back.
