New U2/Green Day Song Posted

2006-10-14 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 8 Comments
U2 have put their new song, a collaboration with Green Day, up for streaming on their website.

'The Saints Are Coming' was produced by Rick Rubin. It's one of two new songs the aging producer is helping the band prepare for their upcoming best of U218, released November 20. The second track is tentatively being titled 'Window In The Sky.'

The single is released digitally on October 31 and in physical form a week later. You can stream the track direct from U2's website or, should that prove too much too bear (it will), it can also be streamed from U2's Sputnikmusic artist page.

IMO it's a killer track. I honestly can't get enough. I can't wait to hear the other song also.

Bono ruins this song, you can tell how much better the song is when Billie Joe comes in.
