I don't quite know what to think of them yet

I think it's a pretty solid release. It has an AFI vibe, while still being different.

Yeah well they did just tour with them. They didnt blow me away live.

I went to college with some of them. Always thought they were kinda lame.

I thought this was a post about Sasha Grey at quick glance.

Great way for them to snag attention, haha

at first listen, this is blah. "rockers" should be in between inverted commas - several of them.
to me they remind me of Fall Out Boy and the All-American Rejects. sort of a cross between the two.
review should be up by Tuesday, maybe tomorrow.

OK, I'm writing the review in a while, and publishing it as soon as Mortiis disappears from the front page.
This turned out to be pretty decent, as far as pop-rock goes. Two good songs, two decent songs and two blah songs. What is more maddening is how polite and bland it all is. I mean, the guitar is clearly striving for a rock sound, but the damn singer is too mellow for that.
However, it is clearly above average, something the first listen did not hint at.
