New song is decent, nowhere as good as the first solo album or anything that SOAD did. And Mesmerize was awesome.

SOAD got progressively worse the more Daron's nasal vocals worked their way into the songs, gradually overpowering Serj. What a twat.

Mesmerize was thier worst album but it wasnt a terrible album in general. you could tell during mezmerize daron just tried to hog the attention and serj just got bored of everything around him after that.

A bit different, took me a few listens to get into it but I like it, but it only starts getting good after the first minute

His other album only had 3 or so good tracks on it. I expect this to have them as well. That track was boring though.

IIII love Serj's solo work. It clearly indicates who the stronger songwriter in SOAD was.

As for his solo material, I really liked the songs "Empty Walls" (before it was massively over played), and "The Unthinking Majority"

This song was okay, I'm kind of interested to see how this album will turn out. (though it will probably be very bad)

This actually turned out pretty well. Got better as the song went on. It really picks up from the bridge "the king is dead..." part until the end. I have higher hopes for this than his first album.

I miss the old days of SOAD just like everyone else but i think its time to accept the fact that this and scars of broadway are the future of a once great band. A sad future, but a future nonetheless.

I found it more interesting to name the countries that the borders were being pulled than listening to the song.

of course they saved the U.S. - Mexico border for last... sigh. if only things were as simple as this song indicates they are.
