Straylight Run Run Their Course

2010-02-17 by Skimaskcheck | 16 Comments
Alternative rockers Straylight Run have announced that they are to take an indefinite hiatus.

The band attributed the news to "bad business," stating: "If it was up to us we would continue making music throughout this year and the years to come, but the unfortunate reality is that being in a band is a business and when business isn't good you can only keep going for so long."

Straylight Run still intend to release a live album, however there is no confirmed release date.

Eh, ill spin their debut today in memory but im not heart broken.

I saw John Nolan on his solo tour 6 months ago and it was way better than anything straylight run have put together. He even played a uke on stage

Wonder if there is still room in Taking Back Sunday. That would be entertaining.

Would be, but like i said, he solo tours now with his wife. She plays the piano and is very tall!
