Disturbed Frontman Has Surgery 2006-08-20 by Stormy Smiley Face | 3 Comments | David Draiman of Disturbed successfully underwent surgery August 15 to fix a deviated septum, which made his breathing difficult and hurt his vocal abilities.
Because of the deviated septum, Disturbed was forced to miss several shows that were in support of the 2005 release, "10,000 Fists".
The reason for the 'deviated septum' is mainly because of the damage David has suffered over the past few years from when he's broken his nose multiple times.
The band soon hopes to finish Ozzfest, go to Europe, and then return to the states and put together the third Music As A Weapon tour. They expect it will last from around November of this year to February of the next year.

| | | I'm sure his vocal range will be stellar after the surgery and he'll be shattering crystal wine glasses and cocaine mirrors with that hall of fame voice of his in no time. Did I say cocaine? Broken nose too many times? Too many lines? Oh forget it!
