I'm halfway through and don't remember anything that's happened except the Power Rangers aye-aye-aye robot talking about "the frequencies of 36 planets"

are there any actual songs or is this going to be 49 minutes of sawtooth lead solos

Can you guys believe that pretentious hippie Masvidal, DIDNT hire a bassist for this album. It's all synth bass.

its really weird for a band like this to lose 2/3 of its members in like 1 year then continue the band

i think this blows away the new DT and it's well played and nicely cinematic n all that but modern prog seems to concentrate on ideas i don't care about and i probably wont relisten

the record feels and sounds like Paul is processing Sean and Sean's death, so not really weird imo

@arf Focus while tripping is immense. It has so many different textures (no pun intended) to it, highly recommend.

Was really scared this would suck because Kindly Bent was so inconsistent and Sean Reinhart meant a lot to me. Pleasantly surprised, new drummer does a great job too.
