well, the EP only came to be since they had a finished record but didn't want to realease it in the musician's nightmare that was 2020 (not that 2021 is that much better in that regard), but since they were teasing about the record as early as 2018 they felt like they had to release something - so they recorded an EP

the EP was great, but imo you can really hear the difference having enough time during the writing process can do for some bands; this is just on a whole other level
