Yeah, was pleasantly surprised that 5 songs just dropped screams entirely. Definitely changed my view of some of the record.

Judging from the comments I guess this guy still sounds like a pissed off kid goin though puberty, such a shame too cause I really liked these guys before, thought he utilized his cleans better before too

It honestly just pisses me off that they don't hire/get some random dude to pull of some decent harsh vox

If he would go back to his old screaming style this would be just fine.

that's new true. he switched because he thinks this new scream is more "real" and "genuine". I think it's dumb, but whatever

does he still sound exactly like jonny craig?

he switched because he couldn't do the harsh vox and clean vox live without fucking it all up. so he decided to make his harsh vox sound like butts so that people wouldn't think that he's total ass live. so now people just think he's total ass in general.

Really loathe his harsh vocals. He would be doing himself and everyone else a huge favor if he just sang full time. He's good at that. On record anyway.

Eh, it's hard to stay "in" on this album. I checked out a couple of times. It just sounds all the samey. By the end, I had forgotten most everything I'd heard. It's too bad because I like a lot of their past stuff including Know Hope. They're really "jumped the shark" though with this be positive stuff. It gets really old, really fast. Be sincere and genuine, that's great. But you don't have to write to 14 year olds who haven't grown up yet the whole entire album. All those people will wake up one day and realize "wait, life isn't fair, no one ever said it was, and that's ok. Grow up and go do something with your life." And when they do realize it, they're going to be embarrassed by these cheesy lyrics and Hold On, Pain Ends. It's just so immature. Sorry, I know, I'm just sounding old (I'm 31).
