yeah this sounds just like something marilyn manson would do
Digging: Lil Peep - Come Over When You're Sober
The animals must be deaf.
Previews sound pretty sweet.
Sounds pretty good. Lucky Animals seems like an oddball song, business as usual for Dev!
The previews sound fucking sick though. Can't wait!
Pretty good, but not blown away I guess. Still excited for this uber "musical"-ish record of awesome fun time winningness.
Good stuff, he said this song isn't a very good example of how the whole thing will sound though.
oh snap that sounded pretty good
devy never disappoints :]
Based on the samples, Epicloud seems like the sequel to Addicted combined with all of the good parts of Deconstruction. I'm okay with this.
Digging: Harakiri for the Sky - Arson
the fact that noctus hates it makes me even more excited
Lucky Animals didn't sound that great.
Lucky Animals is meh, but from the previews it sounds like one of the worst songs so that's OK I guess. Some of the other previews kick some major ass
"Based on the samples, Epicloud seems like the sequel to Addicted combined with all of the good parts of Deconstruction. I'm okay with this."
Song has Anneke so it rules.
"Song has Anneke so it rules."
My thought exactly. Still, album is sounding pretty sweet...cant wait for the rerecording of Kingdom and his London show in October.
well that didnt rule but previews sound sweet so fuck it
Yeah, not the greatest, but this will still rule.
pretty much what kill said
The previews sound like an even more upbeat addicted, so I'm super excited.
I'm drawn to this mans music for reasons I don't really understand. It's like he's tapping into my psych and offering it significant aural pleasure.
Song sucked but previews sound great as has been said.
One of his silly songs, I don't know why they picked this one to play. But w/e, it's not too bad, and the sound quality is pretty bad on that vid which hurts simple songs more than complex ones.
It's all right, but I'm just glad that it's not one of the best songs on there. I hate when singles are usually one of the best songs on the album, or the only good song on the album... But the previews of the other songs I heard sounded really epic so I'm not worried at all.
Yeah it does seem kinda a confusing choice of single. If the label is trying to push this record as Devin said, wouldn't something like "Where We Belong" or "Save Our Now" be a better choice?
Updated the article with some new info. Oddly enough the Soundcloud link still has some pretty poor sound quality. In fact when the song is played in the Youtube video about submitting fan-made content Devin posted that I mentioned in the news thing it sounds like better quality so I'd recommend just listening to that. You also get the added bonus of watching Dev dance..
Well, Deconstruction was frustratingly boring, I hope this one blows me away
"I hate when singles are usually one of the best songs on the album"
isn't it usually the other way around?
pretty sure this is albums gonna rule
Deconstruction had some really great moments but got old and boring fast.
Digging: Shabazz Palaces - Black Up
Many of the song clips sound decent, but this full song is fucking terrible.
Really excited for the Kingdom re-do though, that's one of my favourite songs.
Digging: Carly Rae Jepsen - Emotion
angel angel angel
The previews sound ace... cannot wait. Not sure about this song though
song previews are great, song blows cock
As I predicted, now that the song is up in better quality on soundcloud you can hear that it's not too bad, just a bit repetitive. Still probably going to be the weakest track on the album though.
I really didnt like the song at first
But then I watched the video that goes along with it:
hahaha that video
This song is kinda awkward, but damn is it enjoyable. I get a strong feeling though that I'd get called a nerd by the cool kids for enjoying this song
Devin, teach me how to dance!!! (This song is catchy as fuck)
haha i love him, totally homo
