The slanty-eyes pose is offensive and annoying to see, as when the Spanish national basketball team did it. It's not lawsuit worthy, but as someone of Asian descent (half, with lots of Asian family and relatives) it does stir a little hatred in me to see someone do that. Still the lawsuit is almost as stupid.

If you look at the photo, the Asian guy is making his eyes very wide or "Caucasian looking", obviously being in on the same joke. They're kids having fun giving each other shit in a photo which they took. Everyone in the photo appears to be comfortable with each other enough to laugh at common stereotypes. The lawsuit is a prime example of wasting time and taxpayer money.
