Man, with all the ways she's managed to get herself in the papers, you'd think Lily Allen had a new album to promote or something.
Catfights? Check. Those who remember how butthurt Lily Allen got in the aftermath of her fight with Girls Aloud member Cheryl Tweedy (who somehow came off looking the classier of the two) will be amused and relieved to know that she's lowered her targets....to Katy Perry. Using the powerful and in-no-way-shameless medium of Facebook groups, Lily has asked "Katy Perry? Who in the hell does she think she is?" and stated "I hate Katy Perry and her dumb-ass song 'I Kissed A Girl'". Moreover, she's posted an item telling everybody that she has Katy Perry's phone number and is willing to reveal it if she says or does anything in retaliation. Which is a shame; I'm fairly certain she could just tear Perry limb from limb if she liked, and 97% of the human race would like her a lot more for it.
Drugs? Check. Lily has spoken out in defence of cocaine, claiming that the press 'sensationalize' it and that 'I know lots of people who take cocaine three nights a week and get up and go to work. But we never hear that side of the story....some people are just really bad at taking drugs.' The controversy the comments have sparked is strongly reminiscent of that sparked in 2008 by a similar female pop starlet posing with a knife held to her face, and singing about kissing a girl.
Religion? Check. Christianity is, apparently, 'a bit cruel'. The 1700s are reportedly furious.
Dr. Who? Wait, what? That's the news, folks. TV producer Piers Wenger has been tasked with finding a new female sidekick to the Doctor after Northampton resident Matt Smith was instated as the 11th incarnation of the titular character, and Lily's name is in the frame, along with Rachel Stevens of S Club 7 and some dancing show. 'We would never cast anyone on the basis of their celebrity, but if Lily wanted to audition we would be delighted. It would be a lot of fun', said Wenger, before insisting that he did not see the incident.

Arsene Wenger is the biggest whinger I have ever seen in my entire life. Lily Allen probably comes a close second with all I have read here. But if she DID end up "tearing Katy Perry limb from limb" she would indeed be my favourite person in the world. KP...... can't stand that talentless tramp....
