It should be noted that sifting is a nirvana cover.

I like it when bands cover Nirvana songs I’ve never heard
It took me forever to realize just how deep that well is. I’ve never even heard the Incesticide or whatever it’s called EP, just a song or two off it

Both songs are great, I love the lo-fi start of Masks. And that Nirvana cover is a worthy tribute to the original, a nice reminder how sludgy the band could sound in their early days. Wildcard, check Incesticide asap, I’d rank it above Nevermind on any day.
Oh, and to quote the band from bandcamp: Fuck ICE.

@spanndrew - good call, I didn't actually clock that either
I'm into the Nirvana cover, will have to check the original. Need more time to sit with Masks, pretty chaotic track. I like how they now have Masks, Mask and Masc

and the mask

Their next collab will be with J Mascis.

I can’t wait for Masque on the next album

Now they just need to cover TAD and the circle will be complete

Check out Robotic Empire's tribute albums if you guys want more Nirvana covers
The sifting cover is terrific

Looking forward to the HP Lovecraft-inspired album where they also have Masque (of the Red Death)
