c'mon guys you need this video budget moneys for your retirement
*makes whatever bad joke will mask the tear escaping my eye*
the infra-red irritated my over-sensitive opticulz!! x-giving dinner had onions and they thought I was havin a nervous breadownnn f74nq4eo4e
...seriously, these eras need to stop ending... you'd think it was... oh *derp*
| | | Apparently that word 'Adieu' means ''Farewell'' in germany
| | | One of the guitarists mentioned they are not breaking up, because they are still having fun playing.
| | | I wish them many years and also a few more great albums
| | | Adieu is French for farewell, not German.
Maybe they are retiring?
| | | Maybe, maybe not idk. And without any clear evidence I won't even think about it lol
| | | the song's lyrics could certainly be interpreted that way. but who knows. i'd be sad to see them go as i've always enjoyed them. sometimes less, sometimes more.
| | | I'm still a bit perplexed by that first comment..
Song is fine. Not my favourite closer but definitely not the worst
| | | it's just quizzical 'prnzo talk' for me jumpin the gun and bein a little upset at the finality this video/song and other info gathered seems to imply... I guess talkin that way is in my blood by now from a couple lifetimes-worth of weird in-jokes with closer friends. I state things literally and/or typically roughly half the time... as one could perhaps guess, I hate small-talk or generic phrasings/cliches that leave no imprint of individuality whatsoever... not that there's anything wrong with that - everyone uses what way works for them - there. demystified *_*
if Kruspe says they're still havin a blast then that's good enough reassurance for me

adieu is french for farewell, well done, but it also means farewell in germany
lol
| | | Well done, adieu means farewell in every country, but it's still French
| | | "Adieu" has more finality to it than something like "au revoir" or German's "auf wiedersehen." They do use both the first and last in the song, though, so it may not be like a "goodbye forever" thing, but rather a "goodbye for now." They are getting up there in age, and a lot of their lyrics from the last couple of albums have kinda commented on that. Regardless, after finally getting to see them live and how much fun they were very obviously having, I think we'll see more material from them at some point.
| | | get bid a fucking dieu
| | | what a great fucking music video once again
