I was never into thrash or anything but this sounds interesting.

They don't really play conventional thrash anymore... not since the album "Low" many years ago... the albums since then all have modern influences (mainly death metal).

Nick Barker = this album might be quite good. Nick Barker has never played on a crap album, which will only solidify that this album will rule!

The top quality of Testament's last album + Alex Skolnik returning + Nick Barker on drums + Andy Sneap handling production = Potential Masterpiece!

Testament made a guest appearance at Sounds of the Underground this summer in New Jersey. They still had a lot of fire in them, I wouldn't be surprised if this is great.

they aren't very good, only "The Gathering" was a bit alright. I'm not so excited about this.

Even if you thought that The Gathering was only alright, you might find yourself surprised by this line up... I have a good feeling about this...
