Honestly just sounds like a more streamlined and less dynamic version of White Palace with some Majesty and Silence thrown in. Good but nothing too exciting. The second single Reckoning is great and fresh though. I hope they have more energy on the unreleased tracks. Markus Vanhala is a superb composer. These melodies and soundscapes are beautiful but this sounds like something he could write in his sleep at this point in his career

I find this way more interesting than previous 2 singles tbh, there's more going on than typical verse chorus structure.

Yea it's a great song. I should probably just wait and see how it grows on me and in the context of the album. For whatever reason these guys have always resonated with me hard. If I ever am asked what my single favorite band is, they always come to mind.

This song is more in line of what I expect from them, the other 2 singles weren't the best tbh, this song is decent.

I think I'm just some chump that likes heavy riff and guitar solos and also hopes to hear something from their sounds that I don't expect. This song doesn't accomplish those things but taken as a rich nicely flowing atmospheric piece it's top notch
