Dee Snider & Corpsegrinder

2021-06-24 by Fernando Alves | 12 Comments
Iconic Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider released another single, 'Time To Choose', off his upcoming album Leave A Scar, out July 30th via Napalm Records. The song features George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher from death metallers Cannibal Corpse. The official lyric video can be seen below.

Dee Snider comments: " 'Time To Choose' deals with a subject I've addressed often over the course of my writing career: good vs. evil (see 'Burn In Hell'). Given the heaviness of this track, I felt adding George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher's voice to this would drive home the seriousness of the choices we make. I was honored when he agreed to contribute his incredibly powerful voice."

Leave A Scar tracklist:

1. I Gotta Rock (Again)
2. All Or Nothing More
3. Down But Never Out
4. Before I Go
5. Open Season
6. Silent Battles
7. Crying For Your Life
8. In For The Kill
9. Time To Choose
10. S.H.E.
11. The Reckoning
12. Stand

Honestly this isn't as terrible as I thought it would be, Corpsegrinder input is kept to a minimal and it's probably for the best

idk if the fact that this sounds like a BFMV b-side is either high praise to bmfv or an insult to Dee but it sure aint what i was expecting, pleasently surprised by this and the previous single he released.

Actually kind of enjoyed this. Probably not something I'll come back to but better than I expected. Odd pairing indeed
