Oh boy we are in for another appalachian treat!
| |
Welp, make it 8 consecutive killer LPs
| |
Sir this is a Denny’s
| |
Best look again, Sonny, this here’s a Waffle House. And as we well know, all Waffle Houses, upon franchising, are immediately declared lawless Sovereign states
| |
Porcupine, I would agree, but unfortunately Kentucky exists
| |
Boring as expected.
| |
Which side are you on, Pika?
Which side are you on?

I believe my Panopticon ratings speak for themselves ; )
| |
Production is so bad I couldn't even pay attention to anything the music was doing.
| |
kentucky is good tho
| |
Kentucky is definitely my least favorite
| |
If this is a good as The Scars of Man on the Once Nameless Wilderness, I will be pumped. I still listen to that record often with his first two.
| |
autumn eternal is peak panop
| |
Nice. I like the feeling put in the vocals, the use of the cymbals and that nice melody hook underneath the riff barage/wall of sound (none seems the right wording but you know what I mean). The spoken word part is..how to put it...uncalled for... Struggling to get into Panopticon for years, still did not click, but will give this album a fair try.

| |
roads to the north is his best imo
| |
Roads to the north is tied with autumn eternal for me. Autumn eternal is more polished and consistent but roads to the north has some of my favorite moments in their discography like that mellow section in capricious miles and the drum into going into the blast at the very beginning of the album
| |
Not a fan of this song title lol but the song itself is decent
| |
Also, Kentucky is damn good
| |
Nothing special and too long imo.
