"new song mother off first album"
shame they couldn't even get the grammar right in the headline.
song is pretty solid. seems to pick up right where they left off, more or less.

stoked
| |
It was okay, but I’ll support anything this band does. I do appreciate that it’s a little heavier than most of HV, but overall it seemed a bit reserved for them. I’ve been so spoiled with their lengthy jams.
| |
Tasty. Love Trophy Scars, excited for a new album.
| |
I dug it. Really loved Darkness, Oh Hell and Never Born, Never Dead, but didn't care too much for Holy Vacants. This sounds promising though
| |
song is good, will probably need some listens to fully absorb/appreciate. it's definitely Trophy Scars and that's the most important thing. and besides, we're getting a whole fucking album!!!
| |
i thought these guys broke up
| |
They did indeed go on hiatus
| |
okay i'm glad i didn't just make that up in my head then
| |
they broke up for like 5 minutes
| |
album of the year incoming bois
| |
The mix is nowhere as good as in Holy Vacants
| |
bruh you're listening on soundcloud
| |
Holy Vacants was so tight, you can't make it sound bad.
| |
Bad luck or bust
| |
pumped, this is great
| |
the concept sounds like titus andronicus meets coheed & cambria.
| |
Song's a jam and it'll be great to have a new Trophy Scars album.
| |
LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
| |
fuck yeah, song grooves hard
| |
Glad these guys are finally dropping the new stuff! As has been said, probably a grower, and I'm sure it will also improve within the context of the album, but it's a strong start. Actually didn't know Soundcloud hurts audio quality although maybe I'm just dumb.
| |
Soundcloud not having a volume control is the dumbest thing ever.
| |
it sounds like the original mix is incredibly compressed and then on top of that soundcloud compressed the shit of it
hopefully the final mix sounds better
| |
yeah that mix is fucking trash. not sure i'd care for this one even if it weren't so compressed, but i agree that hopefully the final version doesn't sound like this. these guys have always been hit or miss for me.
| |
new rascal flatts is pretty good
| |
oh hel yea
| |
Okay but that concept synopsis sounds absolutely insane and I can't fucking wait.
| |
okay I'm READY
| |
that was terrible wtf
| |
"takes place in the same narrative universe as Holy Vacants"
yesss this band are v good at stupid bullshit, acc kinda stoked for this
| |
"this band are v good at stupid bullshit"
surprisingly accurate summation lol
| |
I love this quite a bit. Holy Vacants was great.
| |
This sounds dope. I'm so ready for a new record.
| |
I love the spaghetti western sound they are going for with this and Panic Machine. Seems very much like a natural progression from Holy Vacants and some of the more cinematic moments from their output since Bad Luck. Not sure if anything will be able to eclipse the EPs, but I'll be damned if this isn't my favorite band of all time. Unbelievably excited for this.
| |
sooooooo goodddddddddd
| |
Better hear an Adam Fisher guest spot on this album or i’m gunna be SAD
