This is levels above Midnight Crusade as a first single, I'm fucking loving the funky sound.

This is such a good song. Holds true to classic DGD-isms, but feels like it's progressed their sound just a bit from the formula they've been using the last couple of records.

Why is this the first time I'm hearing Tillian scream on a DGD track?? His scream has so much power, it's amazing. This song makes great use of his voice; the chorus absolutely soars.

Yeah, his yell in Inpsire the Liars is pretty amazing. Apparently he wished fans wouldn't pick that song for the fan-selected setlist because of how vocally challenging that song is, lol.

tilian and mess have the exact same amount of parts as mess and johnny had and mess and kurt have. It actually blows my mind ppl say mess took a back seat to tilian now lol. Mess is all over the last three albums.

it's not that mind blowing... despite the "amount" of parts he's had, he's utilized much differently than he used to be. thrown out there like a featured artist in his own group to do some yelling for a verse or two and reeled back in. they've gotten a little better with it recently with some of the song structures being tailored to his strengths but it's still very noticeable

I can think of most tracks from IG, Mothership, and Artificial where Mess doesnt feel like that. Id argue hes incorporated even better now. And certainly isnt sidelined for Tilian like I see some comments saying.

Husky Tillian is definitely better. He's got a great voice but when he goes truly pop-effeminate I cringe a little. I really, really like this though. He definitely should try yelling/screaming more in their songs because he's good at it.
