New Busted song/video

2016-09-30 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 14 Comments
British pop-rock-turned-dance trio Busted have released a new music video for the brand new track "On What You're On", from the upcoming reunion album Night Driver. The track shows the strong Daft Punk-esque dance music influence that is set to permeate the new album's musical style.

Night Driver is out November 11 via EastWest.

Daft Punk influence is waaaaay too strong. Sounds like Daft Punk featuring some singer.

To be honest, I wish that they'd changed their name for their newer ventures. Associating this strain of Busted with their 2003 guise just feels... daft.

I dug it. Besides, with daft punk back in hiding for the next decade who else will fill the disco revival shaped hole in my heart?

It's been a disappointing couple of days for new singles. Sum 41 singles are getting progressively worse, Korn's was the weakest of the three (although tbh, still pretty good) and Busted have just ripped off Daft Punk. Now the only one of those three albums which hasn't had my hopes significantly dashed is Korn.
