40 Watt Sun Album Announced

UK-based doom metal band, 40 Watt Sun, have announced their new album; 5 years since The Inside Room, the band's debut record since Patrick Walker's departure from Warning. 40 Watt Sun's sophomore record, Wider than the Sky, is set to be released on October 14th this year.

Cool track. I don't know if it'll live up to Watching from a Distance or the Inside Room right away for me, but it'll probably grow on me. Very subdued, but his voice is as captivating as ever.

Sure, it pretty much sounds like The Inside Room without distortion, but i guess Walker is allergic to dynamics. Wouldvr been nice if they made some use of it.
