This isn't too bad, but I'm wondering why they let go two of their members because the quality of the music seems quite off from what New Demons was. It's like they're screwing themselves...

I was also really disappointed when I found out about Zach leaving. But I just can't help singing along to the chorus of this song, for it is so mindblowingly good.

[In fact, it blew my mind that much that I had to finally create an account here just to post this song in the news :-) ]

I think that this album will be a slow and calm record, contrary to New Demons' bombardment. And I can only hope that afterwards Devin will realise his mistake and bring Zach back.

This band has always sucked, there should be no reason to be listening to this past 16 years old

Lol still makes me laugh that the majority of people in this band dropped high school to play this shit.

I can see that quite a lot of people on Sputnik don't adore ISS too much. But IMHO New Demons was a really solid effort.

Also, when I was writing this news article, I was considering changing the name to "I See Stars goes Postal". Would this be accepted as a good joke?

I think these last two songs are the best the band has ever released. It's less disjointed. I like the more EDM focused sound they're going for, with the metal portions being delegated to dub-step bass drops. It's different and it flows better than the straight metal and EDM fusion they had in New Demons.

so i could take the first single alright but this is dire

band needs to either go back to mediocre risecore or go electro/progressive house like Breathe Carolina did, because at this point their just drowning everything out until it sounds so messy and unstomachable

Nah New Demons was their height. The only band who knew how to implement metalcore and electronic together. It took a while and then the album happened. Nobody shold say Attack Attack did it well because they didn't. They tried and failed. New Demons had what it took. However, I'm dissapointed that this band wants to focus more on the catchy choruses rather than the overall music.

Their teaming up with Sturgis and Celldweller on New Demons kind of set the bar too high for anything they are doing without them... For the love of god, do not A/B this with a New Demons track because the production difference is just saddening

Not bad, I'll definitely be checking out the new album. I miss the screams though.
