I love this band, for any human being to go through that and come out the other side with the hope Andrew has....it's incredible. Here's hoping they come through alright and continue making good music.

he cant do double bass anymore but at least he can still play. losing the ability to do what youre passionate about would be suicide inducing.

not trying to imply anything here, but he can also find himself other passions. the world is so vast, there's so many amazing things going on, he can definitely find something to love with support and a positive attitude

hopefully he does play again. single pedals with two beaters have existed for years so there are always those as an alternative if he wants to use them...

If anyone read his statement, he said he WILL go back to drumming.

The guy seems very content with his situation and I applaud him for that kind of bravery.

Devastating for the guy. He was pretty much the main creative influence for For The Fallen Dreams before he moved to TGI so I hope this doesn't hinder his music career too much.

If they can get a decent enough prosthetic he may be able to use that to drum too. It would take a hell of a lot of practice but it's not un-doable. They haven't really specified how much of his leg is gone (could be below the knee for all we know which would definitely make the prospect of drumming again more possible).

Hope he returns to drumming and keeps that passion for life. Loved his drumming since For The Fallen Dreams. Nobody deserves this, how things change in a matter of seconds

Yeah Norwich saw that, if they can get a prosthetic that's somewhat flexible around the ankle and can be securely attached to the knee/thigh, it can be done as long as he gets some time to practice it.

That's really sad. Looking forward to the day when he sits behind a drum kit again!
