Flylo's 5th LP gets a release date 2014-07-23 by Deviant. STAFF | 24 Comments | Flying Lotus has revealed the release date for his 5th LP, the hotly-anticipated You're Dead, to be once again released by Warp Records.
Due to drop on October 7th, the LP comes two years after Until the Quiet Comes. Very little information exists at this point, though Flylo has, in the past, alluded to
the album having a very "free-jazz" feel to it, as well as being "heavy on prog vibes".
A recent tweet reads as follows:
"Finally! So much went into this one, lots of talented artists helped realize this vision. Looking fwd to sharing details and music soon".
The producer has revealed the dates for an extensive tour he plans to embark on though, in support of the upcoming release. He adds that there’s no date in Los Angeles though "
because there’s something extra special planned for home".
