Davi Arrested On Rape Charge 2007-03-26 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 1 Comments | Former Tsunami Bomb and current Love Equals Death bassist Dominic Davi has been arrested after allegedly admitting to rape in an email.
Davi has been issued an extradition order from Fullerton, California, to Philadelphia, where the attack is alleged to have occurred. Police describe the 19-year old victim as an "acquaintance" of Davi; the pair met up at a concert in Philadelphia last summer, and Davi is said to have raped her behind a factory afterwards.
The girl returned to Fairfax, Virginia, where she lives and entered into correspondance with Davi, wherein the punk rock bassist is alleged to have admitted to the offence.
