Good album but the new Hammerkill is better
|
| |
these guys are machines, they just released departure songs last year
[2]
holy fuck
|
| |
Sweet but goddamn that was fast
|
| |
Wow that was quick.
|
| |
Already done with a new album after just making a double album less than a year ago?! Damn, after all this work these guys are gonna want to take a break and...........LOUNGE IN A HAMMOCK. EH? EH?
|
| |
I like this band. Haven't checked out their recent material though, I don't even know when their last album was, or if it was good.
|
| |
are you fucking kidding me 2013? [2]
gonna be a 4 probs
|
| |
How the hell do these guys pump out albums this quick?
"gonna be a 4 probs" [2].
Can't wait!
|
| |
2013 is the best year ever.
|
| |
ALREADY?
|
| |
shift+1
|
| |
Still need to listen to this band.
|
| |
It's going to be their most orchestrated album yet, so I probably won't dig this as much. I am, however, excited for the remastered MTWSFUT and some of the other things that they are doing
|
| |
pls be shorter than departure songs
|
| |
Departure Songs was really lame.
Departure Songs really lame.
Departure Songs lame.
Departure Songs
lame

|
| |
Departure Songs was awesome wtf
|
| |
it wasnt actually maybe its time you gained some standards
|
| |
just more of 45 layers of guitar and distortion...
|
| |
So much material in such a rate... Hoping for some new ideas to freshen the sound.
|
| |
Cool, cool.
|
| |
They're never going to top Chasing After Shadows
|
| |
chasing after shadows was weak does anyone listen to the good albums from this band
|
| |
Everything they put out except for Asleep in the Downlight rules hard
|
| |
Trying to Stop an Echo >
|
| |
Trying to Stop an Echo > [2]
|
| |
OH MY YES.
|
| |
They must have entered some kind of creative streak
|
| |
I don't get the hype for this band. Departure Songs just seemed like bloated mediocrity.
|
| |
Are you fucking kidding me 2013 [12478]
|
| |
Great news
|
| |
These guys work too hard, awesome
|
| |
I don't get the hype for this band. Departure Songs just seemed like bloated mediocrity.
You shut your whore mouth.
|
| |
This made my day yesterday when the email came in. Plus if you say Hammock are bad I will find you
and
hurt you.
Music video is amazing, but not as good as their previous David Albotelli ones.
Not sure
what i think about the Maybe They Will Sing remaster, but I bought it straight away and gave it a
listen and it sounds different, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is they've changed.
New Chasing the Shadows format makes it as long as Departure Songs, wow. It sounds great.
|
| |
"I don't get the hype for this band. Departure Songs just seemed like bloated mediocrity."
try harder next time
|
| |
Departure songs was fucking great. if you disagree then you can go die in a meth lab explosion
|
| |
anyone got a DL link for the maybe remaster?
|
| |
YES!
wait for Maybe They Will Sing Tomorrow ?
|
| |
yes
|
| |
sweet, productive bastard
|
| |
This is gonna transcend hard.
|
| |
is it? or is it gonna be floaty ambience with simple guitar lines floating ontop of that, with the occasional simplistic, reverb-drenched lyric floating on top of that?
|
| |
Who gives a crap about how 'simple' it is if I enjoy it?
|
| |
nobody. you enjoy it. i enjoy it too. but it isnt gonna "transcend".
|
| |
It does make me laugh when people go all damp eyed in the comment sections of Hammock videos I have to admit. The music does have some serious emotional power, but save it, you just sound silly.
|
| |
their music is incredibly beautiful so i can understand it. but they all sound the same to
me. possibly the samiest band ive ever heard. maybe they will sing for us tomorrow is a rare gem because its so different
|
| |
It's "Oblivion Hymns"
Not
"Oblivious Hymns" btw.
Can't wait for this! 2013 officially best year evar!
